# Privacy Notice September 19, 2026 ## About this notice This notice explains how personal information is handled through hastetaur.com and related communications. Hastetaur is owned and operated by Veilnox OÜ (“Veilnox,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Liyun Tech Core S.A. administers billing and payment operations on behalf of Veilnox OÜ. This notice does not apply to independent third-party websites or services linked from Hastetaur. Those providers publish their own privacy terms. ## Information we receive Our hosting and security providers may process technical records such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, referring URLs, timestamps, and diagnostic or security events. IP information may be used temporarily to limit abusive traffic and protect the website. The homepage may use the language preferences exposed by your browser locally to choose between Spanish and English. When you choose a language, a functional cookie stores only that preference for up to one year; it is not used for advertising or profiling. If you contact us, we receive the details you choose to provide, which may include your name, email address, company, project requirements, and message. When you become a client, billing and transaction records may also be processed to administer invoices and payments. ## AI assistant and conversation data When you send a message, our server passes your message, selected images and the conversation history included in the request to AI to generate a reply. Use is optional; you can contact us by email instead. Our server does not retain messages, images or replies after processing a request. We configure AI requests without response storage, caching or conversation payload logging. We do not retain or reuse conversation content for human review or model training. Drafts, selected images and conversation history remain in the current page’s browser memory, including when you close the assistant panel. Closing the panel does not clear them. Reset the conversation or reload or leave the page to clear that in-memory state. ## Assistant security and retention Cloudflare Turnstile processes verification data, including your IP address, to check human use and protect the service. Our server derives a pseudonymous identifier from your IP address or network to enforce abuse limits; that identifier also accompanies AI requests as operational metadata. Pseudonymous identifiers are not anonymous data. Abuse counters have minute or day expiry windows. Expired database records are removed during later requests, so expiry does not guarantee deletion at the end of that window. We do not store conversation content in these counters. ## Anonymous usage statistics We may use anonymous aggregate usage statistics, such as total requests and success or error counts, to improve capacity, reliability and the assistant’s usability. These improvement statistics exclude messages, images, replies and visitor identifiers, including the pseudonymous abuse identifier. This does not authorize reviewing or reusing conversations to improve or train models. ## Why we use information We use personal information to answer enquiries, take steps requested before entering into an agreement, provide contracted services, administer billing, secure and maintain the website, prevent spam or abuse, and meet legal or regulatory duties. Where optional marketing communication is expressly requested, we rely on your consent. We do not sell personal information collected through this website. ## Payments, providers, and international processing Liyun Tech Core S.A. manages billing and payment administration for Hastetaur. Payment-related information may also be handled by the relevant financial or payment provider as needed to complete a transaction, prevent fraud, keep accounting records, or satisfy legal obligations. We may use providers for hosting, security, email, diagnostics, and payment operations. Some providers process information outside the European Economic Area. Where required, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards are used for those transfers. ## Retention and security Information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including responding to enquiries, delivering services, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. We apply administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No website, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. ## Your privacy rights Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict, or receive a portable copy of your personal information. You may also object to certain processing and withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority responsible for your location or with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate. ## Updates and contact We may revise this notice when our website, providers, or legal obligations change.
